Convert house drawing from mm to inches

I've inherited a drawing which has a Drawing Scale of "No Scale".
An example dimensions is 154.000.
I would like it to display as 12' 10".
BUT.... it's really metric.
That is, if I change the "display" of the dimension it shows 6 1/16" (which
is the conversion of 154 mm to inches)
So... I'm looking to tell visio... Whatever you currently think of as a mm,
start thinking it as an inch.

I have no idea how to do this. Any help out there?

the good news is that under the covers the drawing is in inches. Try this
file => page setup => page properties => measurement units

don't forget to update the other stuff as well if needed (printer paper,
page size, scale, etc.)
