is there any possibility to convert a dynamical html owc-chart to a pdf-file

I suppose, but it's not supported internally. You will need to get a third
party library that can convert html and gif images into pdf format. There
are tons around.

If you're using .NET then http://www.dynamicpdf.com/ has a free version that
works fine.
