Convert Infopath form to submit through Data Connection to SQL DB

Hi,


I have created an Infopath form (Infopath 2003 SP2), but now I would
like to be able to submit my form directly to a table in a database.
I know that I can create a new Infopath form from a data connection and
it will be able to submit directly to a database, but I can't figure
out how I can modify my existing forms so they a based on a
dataconnection on a database and therefore able to submit directly to
the database.

Please help!

I've not been able to do this either, I ended up creating the fields in the
Database, creating a blank form from a data connection, copying the old form
across and changing all the bindings on the form.

Not sure if this is of any use to you.

Thank you for your reply - at least I am not the only one with this
