Convert MP3 to text with Speech to text in Word.

I have a MP3 file of a conference call that I would like to convert to text
in Word. Basically transcribe. How do I configure that?

I have already loaded the speach file in Word.

Also, I am not the speaker, so I will not be able to "train" Word. I expect
to make corrections.

I have Windows XP and Office 2003.
