Convert MS-SQL 2K to SQL 2005

Hi-May be this is a stupid question but I don't know. Please advise:
I am using MS Access 2K connect ODBC with SQL Server 2000. Now my company
want to update server to SQL 2005.Question: Do I need to re-write the code
for my application?

No, that should not be a problem.

You will need to relink to the new server and the new fields.

Note that, as with any software upgrade there may be little
differences you may encounter. Testing your app on the new system
would be a good idea.
