Convert Number to Hours/Minutes

I would like to convert a whole number (for instance, 2.4)
to read 2 hours 24 minutes. Each .1 would be equal to 6
minutes. I tried looking at the =CONVERT formula and have
had no luck. Changing the format will not work either.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Glad to hear it, but unfortunately our holiday weekend was last weekend, so
not for us in the UK (sigh!).
