Convert outlook 2001 message file to a PC outlook readable format

How can I Convert an outlook 2001 message file to a PC outlook readable
format? Any ideas?

You could e-mail it to Outlook directly. Or maybe export the mail folder to
Outlook Express format, and then import from that to Outlook?
