Convert Outlook ".pst" file into ".csv" file

Hi

Does anyone know if there is a free program available (or if there is
any way available) to convert the Outlook 2003 .pst contacts file into
a .csv file? This would be a miracle right now! Outlook has some fancy
export options... but sadly none to make the contacts turn into a .csv
file!

So when you do File- Import and Export - Export to a File - Next, what
don't you understand by "export to DOS CSV or Export to Windows CSV"?

If I am not misunderstanding your post you can convert outlook contact files
to cvs files. See:
