convert pdf to excel

Is there a way to convert a pdf file to excel so I can import it into access
2003 as a table? Or is there a way to import pdf directly to an access table?

Hi Todd,

Access has no facilities for doing this, but if you do a web search for
something like
extract data table from pdf file
you'll find some third-party software that offers to do it.

Acrobat Reader 5.0 (if you can still find it) has a command File-->Export
Document to Text. This changes it to a text file that you can pick up.
Later versions can do the same thing via the Save As command and change the
file type to a text file.
