you can download http://irfanview.com including all of the plug ins you can open a PDF file in IrfanView and then Save as to a
picture.

If depends on how many PDF files you need to convert, if you have too many,you need to use desktop software, as for me, I used <a href="http://www.istonsoft.com/pdf-to-image-converter.html">iStonsoft PDF to image converter</a>, if you have only a few PDF s, you can try online conversion site.
