Convert PDF to Visio File or Editable PDF in Visio

Hello,

I have 2 large Visio files which my Microsoft account deleted (there is no way of getting back, I have been on the phone with MS team and they confirmed)

I've got 2 pdf downloads of these files.

Is there anyway i can get these into a visio file or a easy way to convert content into a visio file in the same format?
