How do I convert pixel size into mm or inches? I'm trying to get my Picture
Manager to resize a picture for a passport photo and all I get is pixel sizes.

Print size is best done while printing. Try File, Print. The printing
wizard will offer you several choices of print sizes in inches and one
wallet size. If these selections do not fit your passport need, you will
need to use a program that allows custom size. Paint {included with
Windows} allows a large selection of sizes including Custom via my printer
driver. If insert the picture into Word 2003, does the same via my printer
driver. However, printer drivers differ, so your may not.

Many thanks for taking the trouble to reply; which was most helpful. In
the end I used Adobe Photoshop 2.0 Starter Edition and, as you suggested,
used the custom print size (45X35mm) in the print setting.
