Convert Plan back to 2003

Hello,

I am trying to return a project plan to Project 2003 after already
converting it to Project 2007 server. Attempts to do this from Project
Server 2007 are unsuccessful, I receive an error message that it is unable to
open the file when attempting to save and specifying the 2003 format.

Attempts to do this from Project 2003 result in an error that the file is
read only, and I am unable to overwrite the file.

A help window opens in 2003 specifying available converters in Project 2003
service pack 3. Is this the only way to get these projects back to Project
2003?

Tom --

Open the Read-Only file and save it using a DIFFERENT file name. Are you
saying that you cannot do this? Let us know.
