I am tryign to have a visibly challenge worker who needs
to read a converted publisher file. When the pub file is
saves as a word file in .doc or .rft format, there are
some inbuild MS text that appears. I have attached an
example below.

from which you can choose and import into your newsletter.
There are also several tools you can use to draw shapes
and symbols.
Once you have chosen an image, place it close to the
article. Be sure to place the caption of the image near
the image.

Obviously this addtional text is unnecessary and for my
friend is becomes waste of his time as he has to thrawl
through it all everytime.
Can someone tell me how it would be possibe to conver the
pub file to a doc or rtf file that will exclude the
unnecessary text above.
