CONVERT PUBLISHER DOCUMENT TO AUTOFIT A DIFFERENT PAGE SIZE

I have created a New Document in Publisher 2007. The size of it is 2" x 2".
I need to convert this document to fit A4 Page size? How do I do it?

File, Page setup, Advanced (on the right), Layout type, Multiple pages per
sheet, Target Sheet Size A4, Type 2" X 2".
You will need to type your margins and gaps.
