Convert .rtf image

Brian S.

Hi,
I have a .rtf image file from a friend and would like to convert to
..tiff or .jpg or anything else. Surprisingly, my Office 2003 Pro has no
converter. Any suggestions as to best no fuss converter - preferably free.
Thanks

That's what I thought but when my friend scanned a map for me the default
option on his computer was to save as .rtf. I thought I would be able to
convert to a common image format later but not so. The .rtf file opens in
Word and shows properly.

If he scanned it as an .rtf file, he'll need to scan it in again.

My guess is the originator Pasted the scanned image into WordPad and
then Saved it, that is a common method to get to where the OP is.
