convert textbox to .jpg file

I want to create a .jpg or .png file from a text box image I created. When I
try "save as" that option does not appear. How can I do this?

One way to do it (aside from using a screen capture utility) would be to
copy the text box to the Clipboard, Paste Special as Picture, and then use
the instructions at http://www.gmayor.com/extract_images_from_word.htm to
extract it as a JPEG.
