Convert Tiff File To PDF in Access

I have a form with a browse button to search for file and attach it to a text
field on my form. These files are tiff files on my network. I want the User
to be able to pull up the hyperlink in the text box to bring up the file in
PDF not tiff.

Does anyone know how I can do this? Or do I need to convert the files from
tiff to pdf first before browsing for them in Access?
