Convert to MS Project

Hi expert and everyone.
My name is alfian
I had some problem to convert my shcedule format to MS project format.
In this attachment file I wrote down a simple schedule format, In the
bold Font (ex:FD,DD) is the task stage.
In my schedule format there is two kind of task :
1) Taskforce, it means the name of task of each project member, in
other way is the name of team of each member.
(ex:project X, Team 1, Team 2)
2) Stage, it is stage of each taskforce, each taskforce can have more
than one stage

I hope some one could help me to solve this problem, I will appreciate
your help.

Regards,

Alfian B

It is hard to follow what you mean below and you don't actually state
what the problem you have is.

I am inferring that you want to import the schedule which you have
represented as a table into MS Project but have been unsuccessful in
doing so.

There won't be a natural way of doing this. If you could represent your
table as an Excel spreadsheet you would have more chance.

I think that you are saying that the bold fonts represent summary tasks.
You will not find it straightforward to get Project to recognise those
as summary tasks on the basis of the font used. If you could add a
column which describes the outline structure this would be relatively
easy to overcome.

Similarly, rather than drawing bars in a table, you would be better off
actually having date entries as they will import in a more natural format.
