Convert to Prior Version

I just realized that I have an option in Access 2000 to convert my database
to a prior version of Access.

Is this a safe and reliable method? I am asking because I have designed a
database in Access 2000 and have just now realized that some of the other
users have Access 97.

I researched this issue in the MS Knowledge Base and didn't see too much
that was specific to this so I am hopeful it works well.

Tools | Database Utilities | Convert Database on the toolbar.

Note that you'll run into problems if you've used features of Access 2000
that aren't available in Access 97.
