You could also use a macro to do that, but copy/paste special's the
way to do it manually. Do you have a need that copy/paste special
doesn't work for?
You can also put the Paste Values command on a toolbar, which will
do the same thing as Paste Special/Values. Choose
Tools/Customize/Commands. Select Edit in the category textbox and
Paste Values in the Command textbox. Drag the command to a toolbar.
Or give that command a keyboard shortcut: Tools/Customize, click
Keyboard. Select Edit in the Categories field, select Paste Values
in the Edit field and enter a keyboard shortcut in the appropriate
text box. Click Add.
