convert unformated text from word to excel

I have a very harsh task at office. I can get the report from company syste

the format of word file. Its regarding new customer and their accoun
information. Most important part is account number's, the format of accoun
number is xxx-xxxxxx-xxx, x means number, example, 123-456789-39

I search the macro in the internet for 4 hours. I know that there is a macr

If there is unformated text in word file (As I get the report from system an
