There are two "feet to meter" conversion factors: The SI factor is already
part of the CONVERT function; the US Survey Foot (ftUS) (12/39.37) should be
included as a factor. An option would be to allow users to establish their
own unit values to use with CONVERT. Land Surveyors have to work with many
different old and current units of measure.
