You can create a PDF from your OneNote pages/sections/notebooks via File-->
Publish As PDF or XPS.....
If you want to be able to work with the text instead of just creating a PDF
of the image, you can right click the image and select "Copy text". From
there, you can paste the text anywhere you need to. How well the text
recognition works depends on the image and the fonts used in it.
