Convert Word to Number

I need a VBA code to convert my currency numbers into words :

For example I have a value in a Field : 1535.25
I want To be converted into One Thousand five hundred thirty five and twenty
five Fills

Please advise.

You will need to adapt it from dollars and cents to fills, but it should
serve as an example of how to build such a function.

One Additional question i would like know, that if I have a field which has
Text, then it can be converted to number :

For example : My field has : One thousand five hundred fifty six and seventy
five fils
It can be converted to : 1556.75
