Convert WordPerfect 9 to Word 2003

I am having troubles converting WordPerfect 9 documents to Word 2003. I have
used several converter programs including ABC Amber WordPerfect Converter and
Word Automation. Only some of the forms would convert properly. I am
especially have problems with tables being converted over. Does anyone have
any suggestions or has had this problem and overcame it? Anything would be
appreciated. I need to purchase more Microsoft Word software, but will not
be able to if I can not convert the documents (we have hundreds of them).

you're probably lucky that _some_ forms converted properly ... The two
applications work very differently, and there's almost always some part
of functionality that doesn't match from any application to any other.
