Convert .XLA addin to COM addin

Hi,

I have a excel adding that ends with .XLA extension and it works with microsoft excel perfectly. However, at home I have libreoffice and kingsoft office and both do not support the .XLA addin. Both supports COM addin. Can some one help me in converting the excel addin to COM addin with some freeware utilities?
