Converted Excel 2003 workbook to 2007 HELP!

When I converted the workbook from 2003 to 2007 it said it was successful.
But I am having an informational error come up when I click on a button to
copy one worksheet to another worksheet. Here is the verbage:

A formula or sheet you want to move or copy contains the name 'YesNo', which
already exists on the destination worksheet. Do you want to use this version
of the name?

Problem is I have no formula or sheet that is utilizing this 'YesNo'. Any
suggestions?

It seems that it is storing this information and I am unable to get pass
this successfully.
