Converted Hours

What's the best way to track "Converted Hours" (actual labor hours w/ actual
labor rates compared to baseline hours with baseline labor cost) and "Average
Labor Rates" per day and/or task.

Hi justanewbee,

Display the Earned Value table : View / Tables / More tables / Earned value
and look at the definition of the following fields:
- BCWS
- BCWP
- ACWP
Nb : hoover the mouse pointer over the column caption.

Adding to Gerard's post -- be sure to post your actual values in the
"Actuals" columns such as "Actual Cost", "Actual Start" .... Also, go to
Tool/Options/Calculations and make sure to turn off Project ... you want to
calculate costs manually.
