I have downloaded a csv file from my internet site approx 300 lines on it. It will only partially open in excel (one part of a line only and always the same part of the line. It opens fine in windows. I thought it might have something to do with using a 2004 version . I have just updated to office mac 2008 still problems. Help.

Can you describe a little more what is happening. What is "one part of a
line"? Which part? Beginning? End? How did you open the file? Did you
specify a delimiter? How many columns (fields) per line?

Hi,

when you open it is the Import Wizard opening up? There are 300 lines of
data but how long are these lines?

Of course if it opens OK in Windows, I assume you mean Excel for Windows,
then you can open it there and save it as an Excel file and open that on the
Mac.
