converting a page into subweb

Is it possible to convert a PAGE in my current web into a
subweb?? I have found articles about converting a FOLDER,
but not a PAGE. I ask this b/c I would like to enable
user self-registration as explained in the bonus CD
accompanying Jim Buyens' book "Microsoft Frontpage Version
2002 Inside Out". Thanks!

No you can not convert a page/file into a folder (subweb).

You would create a folder, then drag/drop or create your pages in this
folder, then right click the folder and select convert to a web.
