Someone has sent me an attatchment called plain text. I get somthing that
looks like this:

,@<&%T:&]G96YS('1H97D@;V)T86EN('1H96ER(&YU=')I96YT<R!F
M<F]M(&QI=FEN9R!C96QL<R!A;F0@=&ES<W5E<RP@87,@;W!P;W-E9"!T;R!N
M96-R;W1R;W!H:6,@<&%T:&]G96YS('=H:6-H(&=A:6X@=&AE:7(@;G5T<FEE
M;G1S(&9R;VT@9&5A9"!T:7-S=64N(%)U<W1S(&UA>2!D96)I;&ET871E(&%N
M9"!K:6QL('EO=6YG('!L86YT<RP@8G5T(&%S(&)I;W1R;W!H:6,@<&%T:&]G
M96YS+"!T:&5Y(&UO<F4@;V9T96X@<F5D=6-E(&9O;&EA9V4L(')

Is there anyway of converting it so I can read it?

I'd be very suspicious of an attachment with that generic name. If you're
sure it's not a virus and comes from a trusted source, use View, Encoding to
see if you can change the format. Or contact the sender to resend in a
readable format.
