Is it at all possible to convert a PowertPoint Presentation that has been
automated to a DVD that can be played by a DVD player with a television? I
have used PowerPoint 2003.

Well you can export the PPT presentation as a QuickTime movie.

From then on I believe you could use a DVD authoring software to make a
proper DVD (iMovie/iDVD for instance, or convert in the DVD format
through an app like ffmpeg X).

Hi CB

If you are using PowerPoint 2003 then you are using Windows. In that case
there's a whole lot of reading for you to do:

If you are on a Macintosh you have a much easier time of it. The Mac version
of PowerPoint has a File > Make Movie command.

Macs come with iMovie, iDVD and QuickTime. You can drag the Movie that
PowerPoint made into iMove. Add chapters, titles, and even more animations
if you want, and then export it to iDVD. Choose a theme, then pop a blank
DVD into the Mac and click the Burn button. Or you can go directly from
QuickTime to iDVD and Burn the DVD.

The process on a Mac is a whole lot easier and offers a far richer set of
options than it does on a Windows computer.
