Converting a Word Document to a PDF File

I am able to convert a Word Document to a PDF File; however, I notice on the screen and when I print that the format between the two is different. The colors are off (i.e. on the Word document the blue is darker and on the PDF file the blue is brighter), the size of images slightly change, and the margins are different. Is there any way I can fix this?

Which application are you using to do the conversion?

Adobe Acrobat provides a wide range of settings that enable you to make
changes during the conversion.
