Converting Access 97 to Access 2000 using /convert

I am using the following as an alternative to a hard-coded conversion routine
for Access 97 to Access 2000 as the hard-coded stuff dowsn't work :

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\MSACCESS.EXE" C:\Test.mdb
/convert C:\Test2000.mdb

This works, apart from a really annoying 'information' box that says :

"After you have converted this file to Access 2000 File Format, the new file
cannot be shared with Access 97 users."

Is there any way to stop this message appearing as Access will not close
itself and complete the operation until I click OK?
