Converting Access 97 VBA to 2002

Created a database in Access 97, just found out that the
end user has access 2002 so when the database gets
converted to the new version will the VBA code also get
converted? All my code does is creates several recordsets
and then writes them to an excel spreadsheet. I don't
know access VBA in 2002....what does Adobd mean....I
think that is what was on some code I saw
