Need to convert an Access XP app to Access 97 format. I'm getting a compile
error on the Switchboard form with the following :

Application.CurrentProject.Connection

Can someone help with suggestions. I'm not familiar with '97 enough to know
the work around.
Thanks

Application.CurrentProject object is for Access *.ADP file type, which is
only introduced into Access from Access2K and does not exist in Access 97 or
earlier version. I do not think the conversion can go throuogh. You must
convert the form manually and revise code accordingly.

When you try convert newer version to older version, if a feature that does
not exist in older version, very likely, you end up rewrite/redesign your
app.

The switchboard manager in recent versions of Access uses features that
simply did not exist in Access 97. You may find it easier to delete the
switchboard table and form from the Access 97 MDB and recreate them using
the Access 97 switchboard manager.
