Converting an Access 95 database to Access 2000

When attempting to convert an Access 95 database to Access
2000 this error appears at the end of the conversion
process: could not find field "Description". Is there any
way to get around this? Thank you for your help!

ACC2000: Table Corruption After Referential Integrity Checks - 296389
at the Knowledge Base at support.microsoft.com might be your problem.
