Converting an Excel List into Access

I am unable to import a specific excel document into
Access. I have done countless other imports and never
encountered an error. What are some possible reasons for
being unable to import the file?

Yes all that shows up is: "An error occured while trying
to import(directory path here). The file was not imported"

Do any of the field names begin with a space?

Are you trying to append the data to an existing table? If so, have you
tried importing to a new table? You could then use a query to append the
data to the existing table.

Can you save the Excel file as a .txt file, import that in Access?
