Converting an excel spreadsheet into a jpg

Can anyone tell me how to convert an excel spreadsheet(MS2003) into a jpg to
be used in MS Frontpage2003

If it fits into one screen, you could use PrtScr, then open an image editor
(even Paint will do) , then Ctrl-V and save
