converting documents from .docx to .doc

Several;

1- Download the converters from the Mactopia web site which actually
converts the .docx to produce a .doc which can then be opened by 2004,

2- Obtain a program such as MacLink Plus Deluxe which also performs other
types of file conversions,

3- Use a word processor such as Apple's Pages or OpenOffice which can open
the file & resave as a .doc, &

4- Have the creator of the .docx file save in the Word 97-2003 (.doc) format
& provide you with that.
