I am trying to take a customer list from excel and put it
into an access database. Everything works fine up until
all the data is converted and one of the fields
the "state" field which is FL for florida is justified to
the left so when I go to publisher andtry to print mail
labels for all birthdays in the month of January from the
access table the city and state are right next to each
other with out a space. In excel the entire colomn can
be centered but once it gets over to access it makes the
colomn go ao the left side and that causes the label to
look bad. I just wantto be able to take an excel spread
sheet of an old list of customers and creae a databse in
access, the other option i want is to create a mailing
list of those same customers from the data inside the
spread sheet but in month order is there an easier way to
get this stuff done?
