Converting files

My company has recently purchased a new computer. I am
attempting to transfer my files to the new computer. My
old computer had MicroSoft Works 4.5 (I believe was the
version) My new computer has Microsoft Office Basic
addition 2003. A large amount of our files are on
MicroSoft Works Database and I need to be able to convert
these files to my new computer. Please help me do this.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, time is crutial, I will be leaving the
company on Feb. 27, 2004 and would really like to be able
to leave this computer in complete working condition for
the next employee. Please contact me soon.
