Converting Folders

D

Dave

I am switching from Outlook 98 to Outlook 2002 (XP). I
use a number of shared and unshared folders in 98 and am
trying to figure out how to convert them for use in XP.
When I use export/import (export to a new pst file) I lose
all formatting (i.e. lose multiple pages of items). Also,
is there a way to convert "shared" folders to the new
shared system that XP uses?

Thanks

Outlook 2002 has no sharing system, unless you're using Exchange server or some third-party tool. If you upgrade in place, Outlook 2002 should use the same .pst file that you're already using. No need to export/import.
