Converting from 97 to XP, or 2003

Hello. Could someone give me some general pros and cons
for converting Access 97 to XP or 2003? Are there usually
a lot of problems? Are there much better features in the
newer Access versions?

Conv2002.exe is a self extracting Word file with everything that you need to know. Access 2003 conversion is no different that Access 2002.
