converting from access 97 to XP

At work, we are trying to convert our access 97 dabases (on windows 2000) to
access XP (on windows 2000). I find lots of information for converting from
access 97 to access 2003 but not to access XP. Are the procedures for
converting to access XP same as converting to access 2003?
