converting from Eudora to Outlook 2007

We are converting from Eudora to Outlook 2007. One of my colleagues is no
longer receiving her mail. Her Eudora was setup for POP. It appears that
there are dual inboxes from the migration, but neither is receiving mail. Any
thoughts and what is the best way/tool to go about the conversion/migration.
