Converting from .mdi to .tiff

Hi, I have received a document in .mdi file format - however, I am
unable to open it. I went to Microsoft Office Document Imaging - but
could not open it there as that product only opens .tiff items.

I use Windows XP. Is there anyway of converting the file format so I
can view this document - it would be great if I could convert it to
..jpeg or other more common file formats?

Hi Sven,

MS Office 2003 Document Imaging can open .MDI files but not Office XP/2003 Document Imaging. Unfortunately you'll probably need to
contact the sender to have them save it from Office 2003 Document Imaging into a TIFF file if you have have Office XP.
