I Have and XP based computer running outlook 2000. A while back I purchased
Office Pro XP but every time I try to install outlook XP I get the following
message when I start the program.
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled XP several times all to no avail. Am I
stuck with Outlook 2000. I have a lot of data in outlook and cannot afford
to start over. I was under the impression that when you upgraded versions of
office the data converted seamlessly.
