Converting from Trial to Full Version - HELP

I have a user who downloaded the trial version of OneNote and we are now
trying to convert to the Full Version. I purchased a license and the media
from our vendor and when we enter the Product Key, OneNote does not recognize
the Product Key. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what did you do
to correct it?

If you have the media, I would suggest uninstalling the trial and
reinstalling the new copy. The key will work with the new copy.
